At Childs Farm, we want you and your little ones to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Log in to your account and select the items you wish to return, or contact our customer care team with your order number to request a return authorization.
Pack the Products
Ensure the items are unused, in their original packaging, and securely wrapped to prevent damage during transit. Please include your original packing slip inside.
Ship the Parcel
Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location. We recommend obtaining a proof of postage for your records.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
